Ever since the great Nashville chair-throw of 2024, no one has heard anything from Morgan Wallen . . . until this past Friday night.  Morgan finally tweeted out and accepted responsibility for his actions. He said, "I didn't feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks.  I've touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief's.  I'm not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility."Then he followed it up with, "I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe.  Regarding my tour, there will be no change."  And then he signed off with his initials, MW.

Taylor Swift is already breaking Spotify records with her new album, "The Tortured Poets Department" Just hours after it dropped on Friday, it became the most-streamed album in a single day.  It's also the first album to have more than 300 million streams in one day.The album sold 1.6 million copies in a single day, which is pretty much unheard of anymore.  600,000 of those were vinyl.

AND SPEAKING OF TAYLOR… One of those songs is called "thanK you aIMee", and it's a Kim Kardashian DISS TRACK.  Yes, like so many things in her life, she just can't let this go. The title itself is a tip-off, since the only letters than are capitalized are the "K", "I", and "M", and they appear in that order. There's also mention of a "bronze spray-tanned statue," and a line that goes, "And so I changed your name, and any real defining clues." Then there's this:  "And one day, your kid comes home singin' / A song that only us two is gonna know is about you."
