It's now time for us as business owners to get across the public health orders and review and implement changes, again, to our working business model to ensure we operate our businesses in accordance with the Public Health Orders as set out along the NSW Governments Roadmap for easing restrictions.

  • Your vaccinated and un-vaccinated team members
  • Supporting your team with challenging and aggressive customers

The Podcast untangles the technocratic, the bureaucratic, and regulatory legal framework that reopening entails. Our panel were tasked to make as clear to us is practical ways we can comply with the health orders in NSW, identifying possible carve outs to legally protect your business in handling situations reopening might bring about so you can go forwards from October 11th to December 1st. We also considered in our answers in the episode the reality that even after we hit the 80% milestone, we will still be living with COVID for some time to come yet. Our shared bottom line is that none of us want to have a transmission event associated with our business, so how do we avoid that or deal with effectively it if it happens.
