Today, Shavonne had a chance to sit down with Chris Palmedo, Clinical Professor of Community Health and Social Sciences at CUNY Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy.
His teaching focuses on community health, health communications, and social marketing. His professional experience includes serving as public affairs director for a health foundation and other health-related companies.
We learn more about Dr. Palmedo’s research and interesting things he learned, the impact of sugar-sweetened beverages on our bodies, how companies are working to make their food more appealing and easier to access and how we can advocate for healthier decisions among our youth.
