You are more than your sexuality.

In this episode, which is slightly longer than normal, I take you on a rather personal part of my journey to authenticity. One that found me questioning everything about who I was and how I showed up in the world, and one which for a period of time, found me in the darkest part of my life. This story, which was pivotal in the development of my character, also led me to a rather profound lesson which remains with me to this day, and which has helped others who were experiencing the same challenge. A lesson where I found that you truly are more than any one thing in your life, no matter how big or defining it may seem
