In this episode, I break down an old ‘break-down'; a time when I found myself battling with what it meant for my internal self to not want what the external self was experiencing. This concept of identity is deep and complex, and I certainly don’t claim to be an expert, but I take the time to talk through my experience, what I learned and some steps I took to consciously manage the process of an ever changing reality.
