Learning how to live and lead in alignment with my values and priorities is the most important piece of work I’ve done in my life.

Regardless of who you are or what you do, it’s completely up to you to lead your life in alignment.

I’m sharing the 5 things that helped me to become crystal clear on my priorities and how to live a life that’s in alignment with these. Within each of these points, I’ll explain how you can practically adopt them into your life so you can start today!

I’m a massive advocate for having a powerful morning routine. After I had my surgery and was unable to do my exercise, I was able to substitute activities that allowed me to take control of my morning and set me up for my day. I’ll explore this in detail with you so you know you can always make any routine work for you.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • My very own wake-up call
  • Your time is the most precious thing in life.
  • Getting clear on my values and who I am as a brand and a leader
  • 5 ways that helped me get clear on my priorities and live in alignment:
    1. Think big and be unapologetic
    2. Connect with your vision
    3. Have a powerful morning routine
    4. Take action
    5. Protect your mindset

Do this vital work before you face your wake up call. It’s never too late to become a beginner again.
