Motivational speaker and health and empowerment coach, Jennifer Cassetta, has a third-degree black belt and is inspiring everyone to become stronger, safer, and more powerful. She's developed her own seven belts, or levels, for becoming an ultimate badass.
When Jessica was in her first year of training in the martial art of Hapkido, she was near the fall of the twin towers on 9/11. Martial arts made her feel powerful and likely healed her from serious PTSD, she says. Jessica talks about survivor's guilt, finding your origin story, listening to your intuition, practicing situational awareness, and being intentional with inner and outer dialogue.
Jennifer Cassetta’s new book is called The Art of Badassery: Unleash Your Mojo with Wisdom of the Dojo. Follow her on Instagram at @jenncassetta and on LinkedIn at linkedin.com/in/jennifer-cassetta/.
