Welcome to our 100th episode of Peri Menopause Power!
We have celebrated a few milestones over the lifetime of the podcast, but this is a very special milestone. We are very proud of what we have achieved and appreciative of you our listeners, who share your time with us and for that we say thank you!
For this episode we wanted to highlight two key messages:
- “I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the water to create many ripples.” - Mother Theresa. We all have a part to play when it comes to changing the narrative, shifting stigma and squashing taboos! And this is why we created this podcast to close the gap in the lack of education and to create ripples of awareness with the view that as collective we can make great change together.
- "The power of community to create health is far greater than any physician, clinic or hospital." - Mark Hyman. We want to bring home the power and love we can get from connecting with others and sharing in our experiences. There is so much to gain from being around others and when you come together with like minded individuals who get you and want to support you, it will truly bring at your greatest self, health, life and the way you show up to the world.
We have a light hearted conversation about the road to this episode and as we celebrate a year of being with our own Thrive Together community, we welcome the wonderful words of some of the ladies who have been part of this community to inspire and highlight what they have gained by being part of it. You will hear from Bron Williams, Leigh Evans, Kylie Espandiar and Bianca McKee.
Whether this is your first episode or your hundredth, we see you as being part of this community that is Peri Menopause Power.
