Welcome back to Peri Menopause Power. In this week's episode we give you the opportunity to take some time to connect with where you are right now - that might be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. 

As we near the end of the year there are so many external factors that can play a critical role in how we are feeling, with or without Menopause symptoms. Unfortunately, the busyness of this time of year leave us feeling depleted, stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. This of course can hinder our energy levels and increase the impact of our symptoms.

During this episode we give you journal prompters that you can use to help you better connect with how you are feeling, set yourself an intention for the day ahead or simply be the beginning of your tracking your symptoms and energy levels. 

You may like to pause the episode after each question and write down your answers or you might just like to have a moment of quiet contemplation whilst you are listening. Either way, we hope you enjoy this episode.
