For 30 years, Lindsay has worked in the health and wellness industry as a Wellness Director for five* health resorts, and retreat spaces internationally. The constant demands of juggling family and career took a toll on her health leading to burnout, chronic fatigue, and hormone imbalances.

Lindsay is passionate about guiding women through shifts in nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset, to restore and optimise midlife health.
