鄺頌晴是在德國漢堡大學專攻數位人權的香港人。她從15歲開始投入街頭抗爭，並成立「鍵盤戰線」，關注國家政權如何監控網上資訊。
2019年，反送中運動爆發，頌晴人在德國，持續為香港在國際上發聲，也注定了她暫時回不了家鄉的命運。她將戰場轉向歐洲，透過自身經歷，和歐洲人分享何謂「中國式的數位監控」，以及監控的觸角，如何深及到如德國的民主國家。
中國於2021年，連續第六年成為德國最重要的貿易夥伴。頌晴帶我們了解，德國如何試圖在與中國打交道，與保護自身人民數位安全之間取得平衡。但她在德國生活時，身旁人是否在意這件事？
