Do you realize that God has given you a story to tell? We often refer to it as a testimony, but I prefer to call it “your story.” If you have trusted in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, your story of how God saved you and changed you counts. I hope that’s obvious to you. But as I travel the world, I’m often amazed at how many Christians don’t think their story counts for much of anything. I hope you’re not one of those people who thinks their story is lackluster or “no big deal” because that just doesn’t line up with Scripture. In Revelation 12, verse 11, it says, “And they have defeated him (meaning Satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony.” According to that verse, your testimony is an incredibly valuable and powerful witnessing tool.
