We'll be here when you get back.
On their way to their own hold, AdelgisVenrover, Zelfree Volke and Zaxis stop at
the Venrover mansion to see TheasinVenrover, Adelgis' father, where it is
revealed the young man's sickness iscaused by an abyssal leech, intentionally

(00:43):
implanted under his skin by his ownfather.
Adelgis' mother is unconcerned and isinstead mad at Zelfree and his thugs for
attempting to interfere.
Then, just as they prepare to leave, sheannounces that Adelgis is leaving the
Frith Guild.
staying with her.
But before we get into the book, let'stake a look at a piece of advice from the
series.

(01:04):
Step 53 on the pillar of Ruma saysbenevolence.
Without it, we cannot become a trueleader.
With that, let's join Eric and Scott forchapters 11 through 15 of Coliseum
Arcanist.
Hello and welcome back to the Firth GuildPodcast.
I'm your host Eric.
I'm cohost Scott.
And today we're going over ColiseumArcanist chapters 11 through 15.

(01:27):
Before we get into that, we're going todiscuss a couple of important things.
First, we always ask you to like share, subscribe, leave a review, all of that
good stuff.
So that way we know that we're doing agood job with you guys.
Secondly, we have a couple of importantthings to make sure we announce.
And the first one is that Death LordArcanist is actually going to be released

(01:49):
on March 27th, the same day this episodereleases.
So if you're listening to the podcastright now or watching us on YouTube,
Make sure after you get done, you headover to Amazon or anywhere else that
you're going to be reading this book atand make sure you get Death Lord Arcanist
and start reading on that.
And then secondly, Time Marked Warlock isactually should have been out a little bit

(02:12):
earlier, but due to some unforeseenthings, it will be released in April.
We're just waiting for a solid date fromShami to be able to let everybody know
that.
And without further ado, we're going toget into chapter 11.
Awesome.
So chapter 11 is the aura of prosperity.
And we open up with a conversation betweenAdelgis and his mom.

(02:37):
And she pretty much flat out tells himthat he does, she does not read any of the
letters that he has sent back home to herbecause she is too busy with other things.
And again, looking back into Adelgis'sfamily, I understand he's not the oldest.
He's not the first son, but.
to be like, hey, I haven't read any ofyour letters that you sent me.

(03:00):
Like that's that's pretty low blow toAdelgis.
Like I feel I really feel for the guy.
Yeah, that's a tough hit.
Zelfree wants to go talk to Theasin whichis Adelgis' dad.
And Theasin is a relic keeper, arcanist, which makes sense.
The relic keeper is associated withfinding and preserving magical items,

(03:21):
being able to tell what their powers are.
So it fits very well with.
You know, the scholarly nature.
We also get a chance to meet or hear aboutAdelgis' sister and find out that his
sister is actually hobbled or handicappedin some way.
Get a glimpse of seeing Adelgis with hisfamily and showing that she's really the

(03:44):
only one that he, I would say he caresfor, but he's the one that he shows
emotion to the one that actually seemslike she.
is showing emotion back to him andreciprocating that.
There actually feels like there's some, some love there.
Exactly.
So in addition to them leaving, Zelfree isactually wants Volke to make sure he keeps

(04:07):
an eye out on Adelgis and Volke's prettymuch like, look, I already play in that
anyways, so I appreciate you saying it,but I got this.
He's seen the leech.
He's, he's good to keep an eye there.
Yep.
The guild starts to head out and leave thetown and Zaxis goes on another rant about

(04:28):
how he's going to win the tourney andthere's no doubt there and really no short
of confidence at any point with Zaxis.
So this fits pretty well.
This is just Zaxis in general.
So you got to love it.
Like, I'd love to hate how confident he issometimes, but it is Zaxis So you've got

(04:48):
to keep that in mind.
So, and I think the biggest thing outsideof him just being him is he wants to show
off to Illia and show that he is thebetter Arcanist, the best Arcanist, the
best apprentice Arcanist.
So, and we also get a insight into thisother form of magic that hasn't been
talked about.
It's.
called an aura and specifically it'sbrought up because sovereign dragon,

(05:13):
Arcanist have a prosperity aura, which isone of the reasons why they are always
chosen to rule over nations.
And the book, they give us a definition ofwhat an aura is.
Aura is an area of effect where theirmagic permeates everything.
And there isn't very much discussionaround auras here.

(05:35):
Volke is curious what the nightmare aurawould be in.
You know, we're kind of curious about someother mythical creatures and what those
would be as well.
So something we're looking forward tolater in the book is that gets explored.
Can we just say how excited and giddyGillie was to listen to Zelfree explain
something to Volke as an apprentice?

(05:58):
Like she was super over the moon.
Like, Ooh, I want to see it.
Tell me again, how, like how, let me seehow you teach.
Yes, she always brings her her amazingwith her and she was, like you said, over
the moon for it, which was funny.
At the end of the chapter, Volke goes on awalk into the woods with Luthair and they

(06:22):
end up hearing a girl screaming for help.
And that brings us into chapter 12, whichis the river encounter and Volke goes and
saves the girl from drowning.
He goes into the river.
He's very good in the water.
Gravemaster William grew up on an islandand he's born and raised there.
Ends up saving her and

(06:42):
makes a comment about how her mother wouldbe upset and she gets very, very feisty
with him and starts to make up a storyabout how he was obviously spying on her
and she didn't need help.
And then people start to arrive on thescene.
She continues to put up this franticnature into more intent on punishing Volke

(07:03):
for his actions and taking responsibilityfor what really happened.
Like this whole scene escalates so fast.
Like one minute Volke is just doing histhing, rescuing her and the next minute
she's like, oh my gosh, he manhandled me.
Like he's the worst person in the world.
Like I feel like Ron Burgundy, like thatescalated quickly.

(07:24):
Really got out of hand fast.
Luckily, the girl's sister, Lyvia comesover and essentially apologizes for her
behavior.
She knows that the young girl was reallytrying to get a glitter crab
which is a creature that's supposed tobring extra luck.
So Volke being the kind, kindheartedperson that he is, even after this whole

(07:48):
affair goes and uses his shadow tentaclesto actually capture and give the girl the
glitter crab And there's also this momentwhere they joke about some of the famous
arcanist of old and almost like they'reretelling stories of their own, but a very
cute little moment between them.
Could this be love?

(08:08):
Like I know.
Volke's kind of pinning for Atty but youknow, I, maybe it could be love.
Like he, him and it feels like a littlebit.
I think Lark the Gallant and.
Right.
Like it looks like it could be ablossoming thing here and you know, go

(08:28):
Volke.
Just stumbling in the woods and happens tosave the girl in the river and meeting her
older sister.
And they actually know all these oldstories and Volke's actually like really
relaxed and not awkward and like, I don'tknow, not, not like a 17, 18 year old that

(08:49):
just stumbled across somebody that couldbe potentially love.
Yeah.
So very, very excited for him for thissituation.
And I also just find it funny how often hecomes to find himself in these little
flirtatious, romantic encounters, eventhough he's not at all looking for that.
So was that like, you know what?

(09:09):
Fine.
Just kick him out the door and figure itout.
Well, come on.
Yes.
So that brings us to chapter 13,Thronehold, and Volke is heading back to
the rest of the guild.
He's getting good with his magic.
He feels confident with himself.
He's comparing himself to Zaxis.
I don't know if that's positive ornegative when you look at it, but he is.

(09:34):
And Luthair cautions him a little bitagainst having too much confidence.
Well, and Luthair even says, confidence islike liquor.
Too much and you'll make yourself into afool.
And that is, I don't think that's apillar, but it's some wise advice.
So.
Right.
That's pretty solid.
Luthairisms

(09:58):
So Volke is still riding on his high anddecides that he's going to compete in the
tournament.
Personally, I thought he had alreadydecided he was going to compete in the
tournament, but he is truly and fullycommitted himself to it and ends up
walking hours back to the caravan.

(10:18):
Again, I thought he was a little bitcloser and surprised he wandered off so
far, but he was very, very far away fromthe rest of the group.
And...
When he gets back, Atty asks him why he'swet and Zaxis says jokes that he must have
fallen in the river because his boots arewet.
And he would have taken his boots off ifhe was going swimming.

(10:41):
The group has another little discussionabout the tournament.
Hexa and Illia also chime in that they'regoing to be entering the tournament.
And the group pulls up, essentially crestsa hill and is able to see, thrown hold in
all of its majesty.
There's an airship hovering above thecity.
There's smoke.
And as the group is approaching, they'restarting to go through what ended up being

(11:06):
fields of null stone.
And they find out that it's much harderfor them to breathe.
They don't have any Zaxis to any of theirmagic or their passive abilities.
So a very odd sensation, I'm sure nothaving Zaxis to, to magic.
Having tapped into the ability to usemagic and all of a sudden that's just like

(11:27):
kind of taken away.
All of a sudden you can't use somethingthat you're so used to having available.
This is another one of those scenes whereyou're just like a fool.
You just had your talk with Lyvia and thenyou helped Atty get down off the carriage,
like pictured in the whole grabbing her bythe waist and sending her nice and gently
on the ground.
And, you know, she even like strokes hisarm as, as they're getting down.

(11:51):
So it's like, well crap, you definitelyconfident now, like you wanted to talk to
her about, you know, way things are goingwith you guys, maybe possibly.
It's cute.
It's cute to see Volke in a very nice andhappy place.
He's in a happy place and he's got alittle smooth mojo going to him.
He's, he's feeling good.

(12:13):
As they approached the gates, theyrealized that one of the guards is Lyell
who's Zaxis' little brother and who Volkesaved from the plague ridden white stag at
the very, very beginning of the firstbook.
So they have a moment and Lyell confessesto Volke that.
what he did inspired Lyell to go out andchoose to adventure.

(12:37):
And although he's technically not oldenough to bond with an Eldrin, he did
actually lie about his age and is aWill-o- Wisp Arcanist.
And he's very power drunk on this and veryhappy that he has an Eldrin, even though
it is a very weak, considered a very weakEldrin.

(13:01):
Hey, an Arcanist is an Arcanist, okay?
Doesn't matter how strong they are,Arcanist is an Arcanist.
Yes, you initially go to a status levelabove everyone else, so...
And that leads us into chapter 14.
And this is where we actually get intoThronehold and there's just so much going

(13:24):
on in here.
So all the plague ridden creatures aresupposed to be escorted by the
Lamplighter's Guild.
And remember we still have a carriage fullof plague ridden creatures.
We have a better understanding that theNullstone is being used to confine those
plague ridden creatures.
So we're not as concerned about them.

(13:46):
but we still want to see these, uh,plaguing creatures put to somewhere that's
not going to cause problems.
So Luthair is feeling kind of, I guess athome because this is where he used to be.
He used to be in Thronehold and he's kindof having a little trip down memory lane,

(14:07):
being back in Thronehold and getting thatsense of purpose again of where he is.
And there are some particular places thatLuthair really wants to visit.
And I feel like we're about to get a hugelist before Zaxis comes and interrupts.
These trolleys are fairly large.
They're, they have bench seats in them.

(14:28):
They're basically the size of a gazebo iswhat they're explained.
And Volke's kind of looking at like, oh mygosh, this is so cool.
And then Zaxis just comes up and he'slike, is that really Lyell How do you run
this thing?
And Lyell kind of explains about how, howthe horseless trolleys work and his

(14:49):
will-o- wisp is what controls the steamengine in it.
And.
Zaxis says like, what if I use my PhoenixFire?
And he's like, stop.
He's so power hungry and he's on his hightongue's axis that he can't use his
phoenix fire because it's too powerful.
So it has to be a willowist or canist thatsteers these.

(15:15):
I love Lyell's Eldrins name is Tintin.
It is amazing.
I feel like it fits perfectly with thesteam engine and everything.
So yeah, I got to give him credit whereyou can get it.
So in the city of Thronehold, we do getsome descriptions of it is the streets

(15:37):
have cobblestones and they're fairlysmooth.
There's steam that billows up fromunderground.
And we actually find out that Throneholdwas built on top of Nullstone quarries.
We find out that these quarries basicallyare tunnels to either catacombs or to
sewers.
So this place is really intricate.

(15:59):
And Volke thought that he was steppinginto the future, getting to Fortuna in
comparison to Ruma.
Now he's at Thronehold and he's just like,oh my gosh, I didn't think things could
get bigger.
So Zaxis finally confronts Lyell about thefact that Lyell is an Arcanist.

(16:20):
And I'm sure again, the thoughts of, hey,you don't technically turn of age until
you're 15, 16.
And I'm sure Zaxis did the math and waslike, you definitely not of age yet, but I
don't think even Zaxis would kind of rainon his prey like that.
So.

(16:42):
We also get a pretty good idea of how thewhole city is laid out.
And like Ellios was laid out in squares.
Everything was gridded.
It was very thought out, planned out city.
Whereas thrown holds kind of just thrownout and we needed to connect this house to
that house and that business to thisbusiness.

(17:02):
And that's kind of how it went.
But they do have signs in.
pictures on those signs telling you whichdistrict you're in.
So if you do get lost, you can kind ofknow where you're at, at least.
The lamp lighters are mainly actually usedto help people navigate around the city
and they're also supposed to be helpingwith the trolleys.

(17:25):
They finally do get to the prison as thetrolleys have been hauling the carriages
with.
We find out in the prison that theyactually have refined nullstone.
So it doesn't work unless you're inside ofthe building.
So the suffocating feeling.
that everybody was getting while they werewalking through the Nullstone fields

(17:46):
coming into Thronehold.
Everybody's expecting that same feeling.
And they don't actually feel it anymorebecause it's, it only affects them if they
go inside of it.
It's much more targeted, which makessense.
You wouldn't want to rob the whole cityof, of magic.
Right.
I wonder if they have regular jails.

(18:08):
Cause I feel like these Nullstone jails,if you're like, eh, we're, we're.
We're just going to strip you of yourpower.
So like, arcansits can't figure out how tobe a human again without their magic.
So I feel like the Nullstone prisons areprobably a lot less guarded or difficult
than a normal prison would be.

(18:29):
It is very curious.
And you know, you wouldn't want to waste aspot in one of the Nullstone prisons on a
petty thief when you may need it for somearcanist who has magic that could be
potentially dangerous.
Exactly.
So this is the first time where weactually, I think we actually get a good
idea of how the arcane plague affectsthings.

(18:51):
We do find out that the Arcanistthemselves never actually go like laughing
mad as the mystical creatures themselvesdo.
But we do get kind of get a timeline ofhow long it takes to for the plague to
fully affect Arcanist.
And it takes effect like six months up toa year.

(19:12):
If there was a cure for the plague, thereis some time to get to them.
Immediately after they drop off theseplague ridden creatures, Zelfree grabs
Volke and Illia and takes them straight tothe university library that's in
Thronehold.
And they're just trying to get moreinformation about the world serpent.

(19:32):
We find out that there are 13 creaturesthat will spawn again when there's another
fundamental shift in magic.
And these 13 creatures spawn in a veryspecific order.
This event would basically be called aturning of an age.
So we find out that star shards wereoriginally made when the last turning of

(19:53):
age occurred.
Each of these creatures has a specificlandmark that would show where it is.
And the arcane plague is essentially thatfundamental shift in magic to cause the
cycle to begin again.
And we also find out that they're calledthe god creatures.

(20:15):
They commonly refer to the Arcanist asgods, but the Arcanist are essentially
just normal people, normal Arcanist whohappen to bond with god creatures.
So it isn't as limited who would be ableto bond with them.
And if this threw me off the numbers thefirst time, so there are 13 god creatures,

(20:37):
but there are only 12 rune stones.
The last god,
creature is mentioned to be the ApocDragon who doesn't actually bond but is
the final creature there to essentiallykill everyone off and bring things back to
the brevity.

(20:57):
To wipe the earth of the other godcreatures, I guess.
Make things fair again, I guess.
So it's very interesting.
And just something to note of why 13creatures, 12 rune stones, one of the
creatures does not bond.
And this takes us into our last chapter, chapter 15, Queen Velleta.
Now someone had to have created thisplague and they had to have done it very

(21:21):
methodically to release it, cause this tobe as efficient as possible.
They first thought about Calisto thinkingthat maybe he had something to do with it.
And I think everybody agreed at one pointthat Calisto is just, he's just a dog.
He's just a dog chasing a car.
He just does it because he does it.
He has no real rhyme or reason.

(21:42):
He's there to do his thing and just becontent.
He wants to do his thing.
The next part of this whole thing, wholepart is not only do we need to know what
God creature is going to be summoned andawaken first.
And then the order, but we also need tofigure out where they are because again,
it's going to be a pretty significantthing to find.

(22:05):
Finally, there are things that we need tohave in order to get into the chamber to
be able to do their trial of worth for theGod creatures.
These are rune stones, again, 12 runestones that are used to open the lair of
each individual God creature and allowthem to do their trial of worth.
Very fortunately, we find out that QueenVelleta, who just happens to be the Queen

(22:27):
of Thronehold, actually has all 12 ofthese rune stones.
Like, yes, we're in the right place.
Maybe we could just convince her to justgive over the rune stones because, you
know, she might not know what exactly theyare.
Let's try to pull the wool over her eyesso we can save the world, but not tell her
that because I feel like if she knows thateverything's happening like it is.

(22:51):
She's probably going to be like, okay, well, I'm going to control the rune stones
so that I get to pick who bonds with whatfor my territory.
And we've already heard some comments fromZelfree on how he doesn't approve of Queen
Veletta.
So definitely doesn't approve of herbecoming a god amongst men.

(23:14):
Volke actually, curiously enough, askedfor a book that was written by Theasin
Venrover.
And I don't think...
Volke really intended on any particularbook in general.
I think he just probably wanted to get alittle bit behind the scenes of Adelgis'
father more than just what he's heard.
And this is probably why he asked for abook.

(23:34):
And the book he ends up getting is a guideon different mythical creatures, which is
very informative and super helpful just indetermining what creatures are out there.
What does magic look like?
How does it affect creatures differently?
So a lot of good information in the book.

(23:56):
And Volke really lucks out on this one.
The librarian also is like, Hey, we haveseveral of these copies.
It's not something that is completely andtotally one of a kind that we can't lend
out.
We'll let you have it for as long as youwant it, but please return it back in its
original condition.
You know, like respect the book.

(24:18):
So first off, don't ever let Zaxis justtouch it.
Fire bad.
Yes.
Well, he just leaves them laying on theground covered in dew.
So like, let's leave it away from Zaxis.
They do start to leave and we find outthat Liet and Zelfree are kind of thinking

(24:39):
that Queen Velleta may be behind this.
The whole play getting started, you know,it'd be very beneficial to her.
Cause again, she probably knows what theserune stones are for.
And again, she has them all so.
She could, you know, just like Pokemon, she could collect them all, you know?
She could have all 12 of the God creaturesfor her empire.

(25:01):
If someone is after these rune stones, theFrith Guild needs to make sure that they
don't get stolen.
And being that they are held by the Queen,it would be a master plan to actually go
through and pull off a heist of that levelThat is Ocean's level thievery right
there.

(25:22):
This is where Liet's plans back in thebeginning of this book was talking about
building up the Frith Guild and reallyrecruiting hard.
What other place best than at a tournamentor a place where it's holding a tournament
for Arcanist and possibly to be able torecruit people.
So they definitely are in a good spot forrecruitment and hopefully be able to bulk

(25:46):
up their numbers as Liet anticipateshaving to go through a war and is going to
need all the help we can get for the FirthGuild Volke gets a quick glance through
Theasin book and he learns, the firstthing he learns through that book is there
are different tiers of mystical creatures.

(26:07):
And.
He does give us a kind of a breakdown oneach tier.
Tier one is basically a puddle where itwould be like a puddle.
And he describes these as creatures thatare very weak.
And they basically are creatures that willreach their final maturity within just a

(26:28):
few years.
And lo and behold, the first examplelisted is a will-o- wisp.
So again, you kind of feel for, you know, good for Lyell for becoming an Arcanist.
You got to give him that.
But at the same time, it's a will-o- wisp.
Like one of the lowest tiers, one of theweakest creatures.

(26:51):
You know, other than just sprites andgnomes.
And obviously these aren't all of theexamples, but these are the examples that
are listed in Theasin book.
Tier two is described as being like a pondand the creatures will reach their
maturity within a few decades.

(27:12):
So again, still fairly quick to reachtheir maturity, but not nearly as fast as
the tier ones like the will-o- wisps.
And some creatures that are listed asexamples for tier two are unicorns,
trolls, and ghouls.
And the thing to remember as you gothrough it is that

(27:32):
It is a few decades, but arcanist aresupposed to live for centuries.
So it is not nearly as large a portion asof their lives as, as it would be for
normal humans.
Right.
Like I imagine that that's almost like ablink in their lives for a decade.
I guess as long as nothing too crazyhappening, you know, depends on the decade

(27:55):
seventies lasted a little longer.
Yeah.
So moving into tier three, we have what'sdescribed as a lake.
And these are creatures that will reachfull final maturity around a century.
And these are Phoenix, Phoenix'smanticores and Leviathans.

(28:19):
And Volke draws the conclusion that morethan likely knightmares fall into that
category and Luthair is an ingredients aswell.
I don't know about you, but even if I wasa Will -O -Wisp, I'd be like, nah, man,
that ain't right.
I'm a tier four.
Yeah, I'm on the same level as a dragon.
Okay.
The Zaxis is equivalent of Will-o- isps.

(28:40):
Yeah.
So tier fours are described as basicallythe sea and these creatures, visible
creatures will reach their final maturityafter multiple centuries, but still might
not ever fully mature.
And this tier is specifically reserved.
for dragons only.

(29:02):
And finally, uh, tier five, those areconsidered like an endless ocean.
And these are, uh, this tier is magic thatis so vast that those that bond with them
become gods.
And these are the God creatures that the12 God creatures that we're trying to find

(29:22):
and collect feel like there's gonna be alot of Pokemon references coming up.
There is it is entering its prime.
We got a Pokedex now too?
What's that?
We got a Pokedex now too?
Yes!
Yes!
And it was given by a professor.

(29:43):
It was.
It was.
It's...
So Volke is training with Zaxis andForsythe and as Volke is very determined
to do very well and to win thistournament.
Forsythe actually suggests that Volkeimagines his terriers like a cloud and to

(30:05):
direct that cloud to affect who he wants.
So again, Volke has that given that littlenugget of information to help him to be
able to pass on his night vision and.
Forsythe just gives Volke another littlenugget of information to kind of shake
things up and look at things in adifferent way and to visualize it like a

(30:27):
cloud.
So we'll have to see how that plays outfor Volke later on.
And we end this chapter with going to theactual castle for a meeting with Queen
Velleta And then moving on to thebestiary, there are.
A lot more new creatures popping up thanwe can only imagine as we get into the
tournament that that's going to continueto be the case.

(30:48):
So highlighting a few of the ones thatthere's more information on the Relic
Keeper, which is described as a largedragon made of forgotten trash with the
ability to preserve living and nonlivingthings with its magic.
It is a trash dragon.
And it's reproductions through fable.

(31:10):
So this is one of the ones we haven't seenas often, but essentially when a hoard of
treasure or trash, I guess, has beensequestered from the world for a hundred
years, at that point, a relic keeper willspawn.
And their trial of worth specificallyinvolves sifting through garbage to find

(31:32):
treasure, which often results in Arcanistdestroying their hands, getting cut up,
all sorts of injuries.
Their magical abilities, their evocationis a dust that cuts like glass, so it's
trash dust.
Manipulation and augmentation, they'reable to preserve living creatures at the

(31:55):
point of death, keeping them alive, but instasis.
So this is something that we saw with thepreservation of the abyssal leech able to
use magic to keep it alive.
for a long period of time when itshouldn't have been alive otherwise.
And then from a passive ability point, they are able to tell the abilities and

(32:18):
the strengths of different magical itemsjust based on holding them and interacting
with them.
And I will say that I absolutely love theRelic Keeper Dragon.
It is such a fun, fun premise.
So there's the trash panda, which is araccoon.
And then there's the relic keeper, whichis a trash dragon.

(32:42):
A trash dragon.
Yeah.
It's tier four though.
So it's tier four though.
So, right.
I mean, again, you can't really like arguewith it.
No, it is, it is very powerful.
So, and very unique and very powerfulabilities as well.
And even how it's fable born, you know,

(33:04):
pile of trash sequestered for over ahundred years.
Imagine it's at like year 99 and 363 daysand somebody randomly happens upon it.
And it's just like, son of a B, I wasalmost there.
So close.
I've got to start all over again.
So moving on to the ghost light, which wasthe, uh, professor that we met in the

(33:31):
university library.
So the ghost light is.
It's also called spook lights.
They are green and blue or glowingjellyfish like creatures attracted to
knowledge and intelligence.
Their reproduction is also fabled.
They are spawned in abandoned buildingsthat used to be of great importance.
One big thing to note with ghost lightsare these are one of the mystical

(33:54):
creatures that actually prefers to bondwith older, more mature humans rather than
with somebody very young.
They prefer intelligence.
We actually don't know what their trialworth is, but we do know their evocation
is telekinesis or be able to move thingstelepathically.

(34:14):
And they are also able to manipulate smokyillusions.
And this is how the professor in thelibrary was explaining the 13 God
creatures.
Very, very interesting.
And then also unique preferences of, ofthe ghost lights.
So.
And then the last one that we'll talkabout is the Will-o- Wisps, which are, as

(34:37):
mentioned, they're small beings of fireand they're known for either helping or
tricking lost travelers.
And it really depends on the color thatthey come in.
So red wisps are known as tricksters andthey're known to lead people astray.
Purple wisps guide children back to theirparents.

(34:58):
Blue wisps help those lost in bad weather.
And then white wisps are supposed to guidepeople to a great destiny.
There are also green wisps, which are veryrare and their attributes aren't known,
but they are suspected to be much greater.
We don't know much about the reproduction, but evocation, they're able to use fire

(35:22):
though, as we saw with Zaxis and Lyell, much, much weaker than a Phoenix and not
too much detail around passive abilitiesthat they gain.
All right.
And that ends this week's episode.
Again, we want to remind everybody thattoday that this podcast, this episode is
