Imposter syndrome. You probably hear that term a lot. Maybe you think about it a lot because maybe your inner critic is constantly telling you that you aren’t smart enough or good enough to go after your goals or to have the life of your dreams.
I wish I could tell you I have a magic wand to vanquish imposter syndrome once and for all. If that exists, I haven’t found it. But I have discovered that journaling is a great way quiet down your inner critic enough to move forward in spite of self-doubt. And that’s what this week’s episode is all about.
If you’re a writer and you need even more help silencing your inner critic, don’t miss my upcoming webinar that’s all about helping you become the writer you were meant to be. Join us on Tuesday, July 18 at 6:30 p.m. CT. Learn more and sign up at seejanewritebham.com/workshop.
