We are under a new gospel now and we are to follow the gospel that was handed down to Paul directly from Jesus Christ.
Paul reiterates that we are free. Free from the law, free from sin, free from the grave all through the act of Jesus being crucified, buried and raising from the dead. So why would you choose to put yourself back under the law? When you choose to put yourself under the law then you aren't living under faith or the grace that God has given us. You have severed yourself from Christ.
