This week, New Jersey Congressman and former Democrat, Jeff Van Drew, switched to the GOP after meeting with President Donald Trump. The anti-impeachment Democrat was a party favorite hand-picked by political power broker George Norcross. Van Drew's decision to leave the Dem party highlights a flaw in the Democrat's strategy of running centrists to win over Trump voters: politicians can't be trusted. The Democrat's who propped Van Drew up over his primary opponent are left with egg on their face, and they deserve it. I also talk about the upcoming Democratic debate in California being in jeopardy due to labor disputes, and we dive into the latest polls showing Bernie surging in national polls.
