Mike’s Cocktail: The Gold Rush

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • .5 oz Honey Syrup
  • .5 Lemon Juice Shake vigorously and pour over a large rock, garnish with lemon peel

Tom’s Cocktail:Cynarino

  • 2 oz Cynar
  • Seltzer This is a mixed drink, not a cocktail, pour in a collins glass over ice and garnish with a lemon wedge
