I am delighted to bring to you a special conversation I had with two long time colleagues and friends, Founders of the financial advisory firm, Capital Strategies, Barbara Best and Nancy Rizzuto. As part of the powerful CAP STRAT community building efforts, Barbara and Nancy created and now oversee a national program called CAP STRAT Women’s Forum. Each month they highlight interesting women with interesting stories and they asked me to share some of the ingredients of my career and life journey! To be in conversation with two brilliant and courageous business leaders like Barbara and Nancy was a privilege. Together we unpack so many different dimensions of life inside and outside the office. We explore what it means to have courage, how to differentiate yourself and what is possible when you harness your superpowers. Jeanie Coomber earned her Warrior stripes through her own journey of stirring her intellect and evoking her soul, and she is still as relentless today about her personal growth as she was when she began her entrepreneurial journey.

Prior to becoming a leader in creating thought-provoking media and content in support of working professionals, she spent decades as a world-class executive coach, helping smart, savvy and sincere leaders ascend to the next level and become warriors themselves. Whether she is interviewing a CEO or a subject matter expert, speaking at a conference, facilitating panel discussions or coaching executives, she is known for being contemplative, captivating and direct.
