The Dumb Leaders Podcast - Episode 114

What they see in the recruitment stage is replicated if they do take up the offer. If you are too busy for them during recruitment, you’ll always be too busy to coach and develop them.

To me there is a stereotype here of a Dumb Leader – The one that believes they are more important than others. The one that always has more important things to do than be with others, attend to others and serves others. For some it’s a power thing, for others its woefully inadequate time management and prioritisation skills and a third set is the businesses that failed in developing ahead of growth and the people are under constant stress in getting their job done.

Hope you take away some value from today’s podcast. We appreciate if your enjoyed this podcast to do a review on Itunes and to share with your network.
