Resilience Revealed: Christina Hoffeld's Mental Health Journey In this episode of Make Mental Health Matter show, Kelli chats with Christina Hoffeld. She was diagnosed with clinical depression at 17 years old. She decided to shy away from traditional medicine and asked her therapist for tools to help keep the depression at bay. They discovered that proper sleep and routine are a huge key to that success. As she got older, she learned techniques that helped her with her journey through depression and anxiety. Unfortunately, she also experienced a ton of fertility struggles, and in her adult life, that was when her depression and anxiety was at its worst. Christina is a classically trained chef who has recently moved into the health insurance field. She is an advocate for mental health and working through challenges because she knows now that tomorrow will be better.
