Happy Friday Everybody!  After Charity and Jennifer recorded their episode on Meditation, Jennifer was asked to do a short guided meditation.  Jennifer was excited because she had not taught a mediation group in almost two years!  This meditation utilizes mindfulness  of the body and breath to help with grounding and being present.  The second half of the meditation combines mindfulness with visualization to bring the  feeling of kindness and gratitude into the being.
