We have seen an exponential rise in recent years in the use of hemp products like Cannabidiol (CBD) as a natural health supplement to support the endocannabinoid system, most commonly for pain relief, but also as an adjunct to cancer treatment and immune system disorders (which are notorious for producing pain). This has opened the gate to a proliferation in suppliers of cannabis products with a variety of strengths and quality standards. Some of these products are extracted isolates from hemp and so behave like a drug with negative side effects.  Some are grown with toxic residues in the soil, which end up in the plant.  Some people can get allergic reactions like brain inflammation when contaminants are present.  Some people have problems with digestion and absorption. How can people sift and sort through all the choices to find the products most appropriate for their needs and optimal health?

Today’s guest is Inesa Ponomariovaite, the founder and CEO of Nesa’s Hemp. A lifetime of disappointment in pharmaceuticals led Inesa to become an holistic health professional. Her expertise is in restoring the body to homeostasis, where all systems function at their optimal best.  She has a lot to share about the right natural hemp product to suit your needs, which is safe to use, without toxic contaminants, and which include phytonutrients such as CBD-A, CBG-A and THC-A and many more.
