Joining us for the final episode of our first season is David Kidder. David is a founder, investor, speaker, and New York Times bestselling author.  David's purpose is to ignite growth in the lives of people and organizations, to help identify their proprietary gifts and solve the grand challenges of our time. 

David, a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, co-founded Bionic (Inc. 500) in 2013 to ignite growth revolutions in large enterprises. Following Bionic's acquisition by Accenture, David has continued his creative efforts as an angel investor with more than 40 investments.

David has spent the last decade educating audiences on the topic of growth mindsets and innovation and transformation. This work was captured in his latest book, New to Big.
