Sonia Joseph has been a part of the Christ Fellowship community for over ten years. In the past, she has served in our youth ministry, with our women's ministry, and is currently on stage every Sunday playing keyboard in our worship band. Outside of the church, she is also a middle school Science teacher in the city. Recently, she became a certified nutritionist and started her own business. This week, Elliott sits down with Sonia to hear her story about how she first got interested in health and wellness and what her journey was like as she learned how to get her own life in check. She shares the importance of nutrition and how that fuels you for exercise and how to create a sustainable balance that will keep you going for the long haul to achieve your goals. She also shares how what you eat can ultimately influence how disease could affect your life. We discuss Sonia's latest business venture, Woman InTune, and how she is using what she has learned to help other women achieve their health and wellness goal and how her experience at Christ Fellowship helped influence the name of the company.
