Hey Chit Chatters!

Welcome to Episode 2 of Season 3 of the show. This episode is a must listen to as it is probably the hardest episode I've ever had to record. You'll probably hear it in my voice that I am a little nervous sharing my story.

As of late, I really haven't been well and I have been working on myself. I am working on being human and had take to sometime to figure out what that means. I start to be honest with my feels and how I ignored them for so long. I began to process some really heavy stuff that I haven't been able to let go. I also realized that it's okay to not always have it all figured out.

I am coping with anxiety and depression that has hit me in a wave I never saw coming, but I also ignored. I ultimate pretended that what I was thinking and feeling couldn't be through until it consumed to a point where I had to let something go.  By March I finally asked for help because I was tired of how I was feeling and knew something was wrong. It was time to stop pretending everything was okay and start working to getting better.

I am grateful and blessed that I took that first step. I still have a long journey to go, but I am getting back to the things I love to do!

I hope you take the time to listen and if this episode resonates with you, please share it with someone you think need to hear it.

Love and Light,

José Miguel
