I talk a lot about skincare and all of the different products and tools I like to use, but the care of our skin goes much deeper than that. I'm talking about down to the cellular level and the nutrients we put into our bodies. The food we eat greatly impacts the health of our skin, problems with acne, and the development of wrinkles. In this week's episode, I walk through some of the harmful effects that food can have on our skin, as well as foods that greatly nourish it.
