The United States has a very sorted and disturbing history when it comes to drugs. Humanity has utilized the healing and spiritual benefits of natural plants (aka illegal drugs) as far back as the earliest writings found in recorded human history. With that being said; why is it that only within the last 100+ years has it become so taboo, and the government has made it criminal to possess and/or use these natural substances? The answer will perhaps surprise you.

Today, we’ll discuss the story behind the War on Drugs.

With Special Guest Co-Host: Siemone Guirguis from the Georgia chapter of Decriminalize Nature.
