Shadow work is a topic gaining more awareness in pop culture, but it's a process that can bring with it lots of fear and resistance. The shadow refers to the aspects of ourselves that are buried, forgotten, or still completely unconscious ~ and often get projected onto others. However, shadow work doesn't have to be scary!
