According to scripture he was an arrogant and prideful king who placed himself on a pedestal and saw himself as a god much like the Pharaoh in Exodus. However, the two greatly differ when it comes to repentance. Unlike Pharaoh, Nebuchadnezzar's heart softens towards God and he repents in the end.
