3:34 I felt like I hit my limit in terms of caregiving to an extent.

10:31 Smart companies, from my perspective, know that it's so much more expensive to replace someone than to make room for them to get better and take care of themselves.

11:30 I took 6 weeks off toward the end of the year - to me the leave is more of a symptom of the fact that I didn't put myself first for a long, long time. Then I got to the point where I was like, I have to take 6 weeks off, that's a bad sign.

11:55 Companies that offer vacation -- take the vacation, take the vacation, take the vacation.  Especially this year. There's no spring break. We didn't go  anywhere over the summer. We didn't fly anywhere for Thanksgiving. We didn't do anything and I got to the end of the year and I was like I haven't taken any vacation this year. I just worked. I just worked and did child care.

15:50 I joke now 3 years of high quality Montessori preschool thrown out the window so we can all play Mario cart together now.

18:30 We see light at the end of the tunnel now, in early 2021 but you know in August, I was like “Is there a light at the end of the tunnel? Are we ever gonna get out of this?”

19:00 One of the things that we’ve done that’s been helpful is  spend some money and time to make our house more livable.
