Our Gen Z guest, Morgan McCarver, is an author and gifted ceramic artist. As a child, she suffered from scoliosis which ended her future dreams of being a dancer.  Her mom signed her up for a pottery class which became her love and profession.  Her back surgery moved her to depend on God and grow in her faith. She has written a book relating many aspects of pottery to believers' relationships with God.

She went through a season of loneliness during Covid, when she moved to a new State. Once again, this trial drew her closer to the Lord. He used her work with clay to teach her many lessons and help her through the trials. Listen to this week’s podcast to see the many analogies and lessons we can learn from pottery about our walks with God:  Trusting in God’s timing, confidence in the Lord's plan for us, our uniqueness that God wants to use for His glory, and many other lessons.
