On this week's episode, Arielle welcomes a very special guest (who shares her name)—interior designer Ariel Okin! Ariel is the founder of her firm, Ariel Okin Interiors, a New York based, full-service interior design firm specializing in luxury residential, commercial and hospitality projects across the country.

After studying journalism, and helping friends with their own apartments, Ariel realized her passion could become her career. In just two years, Ariel became one of only a handful of premier designers across the country. Ariel’s signature style can be interpreted as "traditional with a twist"—warm, livable and elegant spaces, with an edited, contemporary and practical approach.

In this episode, the ladies chat about how Ariel went from politics to building her own interior design company, how she looks to design spaces from residential to commercial, and how important her team is to the process of designing. Plus, the two bond over being mothers, and how it takes a village to allow both of them to have large families and successful careers. When you're done listening, you may also find yourself looking at new furniture or wallpaper!
