Your host, Eric Dunavant, talks with the Board Members of Sacred Selections, David and Dana Carrozza. David and Dana's journey is a testament to the idea that what happens in our living rooms is as significant, if not more so, than what transpires in conference rooms. With 44 years of marriage, two children, and five grandchildren, the Carrozzas have built a life that celebrates the importance of family and the impact of nurturing relationships.
Their story began over 50 years ago at Florida College in Temple Terrace, near Tampa. After a brief dating period and a seven-year hiatus, fate brought them back together in San Francisco, where a chance encounter and a phone call rekindled their love. This serendipitous reunion set them on a path of shared life and purpose.
Currently, the Carrozzas are deeply passionate about "passing on the torch" of leadership. They have dedicated themselves to the work of adoption through their funding organization, which collaborates with thousands of donors to remove financial barriers to private adoption. As they prepare to hand over the reins to a new generation of leaders, their focus is on ensuring the continuity of their mission to help children find loving homes.
