Patricio Lago es fácilmente reconocible por su característico tono de voz agudo, joven y alegre, con el que ha interpretado a personajes como Scott Truman, el Ranger Rojo en Power Rangers R.P.M., Luke Ross en Jessie, Alex Wilder en Runaways, Carlos De Vil en la franquicia de Descendientes, Carl Grimes en The Walking Dead, en las temporadas 5 a 8.
También fue por varios años la voz oficial de Disney del Hombre Araña para las series animadas de Marvel, desde el 2012 a principios de 2018, cuando fue sustituido por la voz de las películas del llamado UCM, Alexis Ortega. Aunque a finales del mismo año retomaría a su personaje.
Actualmente también es locutor de Nickelodeon Latinoamérica, desde junio del 2017.
