Gavin is Professor of Higher Education at New England College, where he directs graduate programs in higher education and provides leadership to the Center for Innovation, Teaching, Learning, and Scholarship.  Kim is Visiting Associate Professor for Higher Education and Student Affairs at Binghamton University.
