People with this talent commit their time and energy to human growth. They are patient with the inexperienced and unseasoned, and get satisfaction from the growth of others. They love human potential and progress. (Think life coaches!)
If you don’t tame this talent, you may impose your own image of potential on the other. Your mindset will be: “My plan is best,” “You need me,” or “I can fix you.”
But if you live your talent virtuously, your mindset will be: “Am I able to give this person what is needed to help them grow? Are they willing to give what is needed to grow? Is there a clear vision that we both share for growth?”
