Part Two discusses the development and movement of the contradictions between the party and the peasantry and the party and the proletariat through through the civil war and imperialist intervention. Next, we look at transitions within the party and between the party and administrative state apparatus. Finally, we reflect upon the party's and proletariat's principle task during this particular period and some of the challenges they faced.
