Did you know there are now scores of studies showing how humans unquestionably benefit from a connection with nature? It’s something I think many of us intuitively know, but it’s also scientifically proven. There are very real benefits from bringing our senses into contact with nature.
Nature has always been close to my heart, and lately I’ve been learning even more about the physiological and mental benefits of spending time in nature.
This podcast episode includes a couple of personal stories, some of the proven benefits of spending time with nature, and some practical ideas of how you can bring more nature into your everyday modern life.
