Gentiana Susaj, (SUSAI) is a lawyer with post-university studies in International Migration, Human Rights and Development, with over 20 years of experience in anti-human trafficking and refugee protection in Europe and Latin America.
Since 2017, she began combining her experience on human rights with the Aikido martial art for empowerment for victims of trafficking in human beings and women and girls.
Gentiana is a former member of the International Leadership Visitor Program of the Department of the United States for her work on anti-trafficking in Spain, Gender Champion in Albania for her work to bring ESD into Schools, Gentiana is Aikido Shodan and ESD Instructor, currently leading ESD Global Self Defense in Europe.

Annie is the producer of the Change the Culture Podcast and MyPwrCasts.
She is a wife and mother, and the founder/producer of "Spotlight on Women".
For the past 15 years, Annie has been creating platforms for women in the performing arts to express themselves, providing them with opportunities to discover, develop and define who they are both onstage and off. She hosted and produced Spotlight on Women Radio for two years and penned articles for local and international newspapers.
It is one of her life’s missions to help women and girls gain access to the tools they need to become empowered and healthy individuals.
