Change the Culture Podcast is back with Episode 5 of our second season, featuring Tom Rose.  Tom Rose is the Executive Director of IMPACT Personal Safety Global, Colorado, and Southern California.  

He has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience with organizations helping at-risk, under-served, and vulnerable populations. Over the years, Tom has observed vulnerable people being victimized without training to avoid violence. 

He has worked in Behavioral Health, Child Welfare, Disabilities, Drug and Alcohol Prevention & Treatment, Healthcare Policy & Financing, Public Health, Sexual Assault, and Domestic Violence.  

On the show, Tom shares his vision of scaling ESD around the world, his monthly meetup "Office Hours with Tom Rose", through the Association of ESD Professionals, as well as his impressions of the new MyPwr App.
