Losing the fullness of who we each are. When you see yourself fully, with compassion, you can embody all that you are. And that is where the beauty is.
Your Full Presence is a meditation intended to remind you of your fullness. To support you in allowing your full self to breathe for a moment. Understanding the parts you deny, are but lost and confused parts of the fullness of who you are, and are deserving of compassion.
