How do you feel them first hand, not as an external experience that the world around creates and you respond to, but as a direct experience.
Emotional Strength Part 1 offers you the opportunity to realign yourself with your positive emotions. Expressing your positive emotions internally and then if you choose, radiating this energy outwards.
It can be helpful to listen to this meditation more than once as you reflect on additional positive emotions that support you!
