She earned a Ph.D. in political science, taught as a college professor, and later became the Director of Data and Strategy at Teach For America until 2019.ย Lindsey is an independent evaluator with experience in the nonprofit sector. She uses her research background to provide data-driven solutions that help organizations improve their performance. She has presented at national and international conferences and published her research in Gender and Society. Currently, she works as a full-time evaluation consultant.
