This week my guest is my friend Isabel - Isabel is a local mom to four kids. In this episode we talked about Isabel's son Lincoln and his autism diagnosis. We also talked about some of the challenges that Isabel faces as a single mom and what she's learned about motherhood over the years. We discussed how Isabel has had to learn how to reparent herself as an adult and how that process has helped her to be the mom she is today - a mom who is compassionate, supportive, and accepting of her kids.
