The Price Of Fame - In this episode of ‘Run The Business,’ Ant has a very open and honest chat with a member of the first UK pop band to be put together on a reality TV show.
Suzanne Shaw shot to overnight fame at just 19 years old, as part of the pop band ‘Hear’Say’.
Since then, Suzanne has spent the last few years making some huge changes to her life; going sober, plant-based and taking up running. She talks to Ant about how these three pillars in her life have led to her starting her own business, The Happy Health Club, to help others who are exploring doing the same.
This episode explores Suzanne’s 4 C’s in life; connection, compassion, community and consistency and how she credits running with completely changing her life for the better.
She also reveals her next big running challenge, which she’s doing to raise awareness of mental health issues.
