TARGET U was created by Sherri Mullinax, to help Targeted victims understand that “THEY TARGET U” Sherri became aware of these targeting programs (known as MK Ultra) when she recently arrested in Cobb County, GA for allowing former Congressman Bob Barr to contact local law enforcement by 911 to help in getting federal agencies to investigate a criminal organization that placed an explosive in her home. Being raised in Duluth, Georgia for over 30 years, she moved with her husband and 2 daughters to Mississippi, where she eventually was forced to divorce her husband due to drug use and witchcraft. She reconnected with someone, Joseph Preston Morgan, meeting him 30 years prior in Duluth High School. After 7 years together, she made a shocking discovery that he had been placed in her life to kill her. After she became aware of this cleverly thought out plot, she did the only thing she knew to do, was to flee to Georgia
