She is most passionate about helping individuals change the way they experience leadership so that as leaders, they can create healing in the workplace. Shannon is the author of Servant Leader Mindset and is an experienced coach, speaker, and facilitator on subjects such as building a high-performing team, non-profit leadership, situational leadership, and mindset.
Shannon resides in Central Ohio with her husband Kristofer and their three dogs. Together they have three children and two grandchildren.
