How to reduce inflammation naturally and keep your levels in check:


  • Focus on fiber rich carbohydrates like berries, artichokes, carrots, spinach, pears, apples, broccoli 
  • Eat healthy and clean sources of fat
  • Reduce processed and refined sugars and swap for coconut sugar, raw honey or organic maple syrup in moderation of course 
  • Limit or avoid alcohol 
  • Lean quality protein
