In the short term in the US, everyone is looking at the SEC's forthcoming Climate Disclosure Rule that came out last fall but has not been finalized due Supreme Court ruling between West Virginia and the EPA. But what's beyond that??? For that, we need to look at the UK's Net Zero initiative.

Daniel is not only a student housing veteran with both development and operating experience, he is also the co-founder of Good Management Group which is a London-based consultancy firm that advises all types of companies regarding their ESG efforts.
