In this episode I have a deeply inspiring conversation with Dr. Marie Weitbrecht about the question what it really means to follow your bliss. In Human Design you hear us say a lot "follow your bliss, or do what lights you up". Yet it is very often misunderstood and often leads to avoidance or as an "excuse" not to do what is necessary to create desired habit change.
